Christin obtained her Bachelors of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from SUNY Cortland, and her Masters of Arts in Communication Disorders from LIU C.W. Post. Since graduating Christin has devoted her career to working with children with special needs and their families. She has worked with children in schools, home, and clinic settings. Christin has pursued further training in the basic and advanced courses of the SOS Approach to Feeding, as well as being trained in PROMPT and the Kaufman Approach for treating children with apraxia. She has extensive knowledge of ABA, PECS, and sensory integration. Christin is passionate about working with children and their families to achieve the maximum amount of progress. She specializes in treating language disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, autism, apraxia, and feeding disorders.
